Account
- From the home page click on Sign up
- Choose a plan and click NEXT
- Fill in the account details and then click NEXT
- Enter your payment information
- Select START FREE TRIAL
- From the home page click on Log in
- Enter your email and click NEXT
- Click on Forgot Password?
- Click on Reset
- Check your email and click on the link received to reset your password.
You should receive an email in up to 24 hours confirming that your email address has been changed.
- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Profile Info
- In the Email field, click the pencil icon
- In the pop-up, enter your new email and password
- Click SAVE
- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Subscription & Billing
- Under Your Payment Info, click ADD NEW CARD
- In the pop-up, enter your payment information and click ADD
- Select the new card and delete the old one
Subscription & Billing
- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Subscription & Billing
- Right above Your Plan, you'll see the subscription details.
- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Subscription & Billing
- Under Your Plan, click CHANGE PLAN
- In the pop-up, select your preferred plan and click CONFIRM
Note you will be billed immediately and any remaining time in your current subscription will be added as a discount in the 1st billing of the new subscription.
- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Subscription & Billing
- Under Your Plan, click CHANGE PLAN
- Select your preferred plan, click Add a promocode and enter the promo code
- Check if the plan price changed, then click NEXT
- On the next screen, click CONFIRM
Note you will be billed immediately and any remaining time in your current subscription will be added as a discount in the 1st billing of the new subscription.
- From the home page click on Sign up

- Click Add promocode and enter the promocode
- Click APPLY and then NEXT
- Fill in the account details and then click NEXT
- Enter your payment information
- Select START FREE TRIAL
Note you will be billed after the trial period is over.

- Ensure you're logged in or click on Log in from the home page
- Go to Account > Subscription & Billing
- Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
- In the pop-up, select the reason for cancellation
- Click SUBMIT
- On the next page, we would greatly appreciate any additional information
- Click SUBMIT

- Click PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION
- In the pop-up, select the number of days
- Click SAVE CHANGES
Contents will be locked immediately after your account has been paused. Any unused portion of the subscription will be applied once your account has been unpaused.
For any refund request, please send an email to our Support Team which can be found in the Help tab. Initial response should not take more than 24 hours excluding weekends.

All recipes on SHAPED are 100% plant-based (vegan). We offer a wide variety of gluten-free and naturally dairy-free recipes. For recipes that do contain gluten, we often provide gluten-free alternatives. We also offer many substitution options to cater to various dietary needs and preferences.
Absolutely! We encourage you to be creative with your cooking. Our recipes are designed to be flexible and easily modifiable to suit your dietary requirements or taste preferences. Feel free to add, remove, or substitute ingredients to make the recipes your own.
SHAPED offers various meal plans to suit different needs and lifestyles. Whether you're looking for weight management, muscle gain, or simply overall health improvement, we have options for you. Our app provides personalized recommendations based on your goals, activity level, and dietary preferences. Remember, you can always adjust portion sizes or meal frequency to better align with your individual needs and exercise routine.

- On the lower right corner of the video, click the heart icon
- Go to the Favorites section and check if the video was added

- On the lower right corner of the video, click the download icon/button
- Go to the Available Offline section and check if the video was added
Note that you will need to use the same device to access the saved offline videos. Also, contents will be added only to the platform and NOT your device's local storage.
